RASPBERRY HARVESTER

NATALIA

The NATALIA harvester is designed for picking up raspberry which give fruits in late summer or autum, such as polish variety Polka, Polana.

THIS IS THE FIRST HARVESTER OF THIS KIND IN THE WORLD

AND ITS TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS ARE PATENTED.

IT WAS ALL DESIGNED AND PRODUCED IN FIRMA WEREMCZUK, POLAND.

The harvester is adjusted for repetitive fruit picking on the same plantation.Due to repetitive picking, it can harvest 6- 8 ha in a season.

These raspberries must be grown with absolutely no supporting elements, in rows. The should be all cut down before winter.

The harvester is not suitable for traditionally grown raspberries, with any kind of bush supporting elements.

The basic demands for plantation are:

  1. row distance - minimum 3,2 m
  2. width of the row at the ground level - maximum 80 cm; all young branches which grow wider than 80 cm at the ground level should be cut out
  3. bushes must be in good condition

Shaking system

The row is devided into two parts by the divider unit and move smoothly to the shaking area. All grape raspberries are shaked by specially constructed shakers - two shakers on each side, with V setting on the frame. The friuts fall down on the transporters, go through cleaning unit and are collected into boxes.

The condition of fruits depends on their condition on the bushes. If they are healthy and the harvest is done during dry weather conditions, the quality of fruits is very good.
